With a professional background spanning healthcare, real estate, community development, and marketing, Shannon brings a unique perspective to her role. She currently serves as an Associate Broker with RE/MAX Realty Plus, giving her firsthand experience in the real estate industry alongside her work in marketing and community development. Her years in the medical field also shaped an approach she still uses today: listen closely, ask the right questions, understand the “why,” and work collaboratively to find a solution.
At VantagePoint, Shannon puts that approach into practice by getting to know each client, understanding their concerns and goals, and helping identify what they truly need. From there, she works alongside the VantagePoint team to build thoughtful, practical marketing strategies that move clients forward.
Hi, I’m Shannon! I live in Redwood Falls with my husband and our three daughters. My path to marketing hasn’t exactly been a straight line, but I think that’s part of what makes me good at what I do. Every chapter of my career has taught me something different about people, communication, problem-solving, and the importance of understanding the bigger picture.
I love learning, organizing all the moving pieces of a project, and digging into the ‘why’ behind what we’re doing. I’m naturally curious and enjoy taking an idea, challenge, or even a pile of scattered thoughts and figuring out how to turn it into something purposeful and practical. I also have a tendency to turn a simple idea into a full-fledged project — usually with a spreadsheet or very detailed plan somewhere along the way.
