• The Digital and Social Media Marketing Manager will partner with the full VantagePoint team to help facilitate the digital and social media marketing efforts for our clients.
• This role will focus on maintaining our clients’ brand via social media, engaging with consumers via social media platforms, help develop and implement approved social media and digital strategies
• Developing posts/reels/videos for social media platform
• Responding and engaging with consumers and other brands on clients’ social media channels
• Scheduling/posting/engagement management on branded social media platforms
• Participate in evaluating and modifying promotion or advertising programs
• Providing input on content strategy and managing content quality standards
• Help plan, create and produce digital marketing, advertising and sales promotion materials to implement marketing strategies and sales objectives
• Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate team
• Track performance and effectiveness of marketing initiatives, providing insight into future focus areas for marketing efforts
• Write excellent, target market-related copy for social media platforms
• Assist in the creation and editing of written, video, and photo content
• Attend events and produce live social media content
• Some travel may be required
